The Commissary 1400 Dublin road has accumulated surplus items through expansion and in some cases from purchases of items from previous Commissary Users. Also we have in this auction some surplus items from current Commissary Users as well as items surplus to a Local Pizza group and other operations.
All Items are selling as is with no warranties of any kind....However purchases can be voided if the buyer is not pleased with the item, with a 10% restocking fee if during the first hour of pick up
( Friday 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.) only. No exceptions to this time limit...after that, All sales are Final.

there is no sales tax in place for this type of auction.
But a 15% buyer's premimium is in place.
You can pay by cash or a credit card including one other than the one used to register at time of pick up if you wish.
However terms of auction are that you are authorizing Paul Delphia auctioneer to run the purchase and the 15% buyer'ss premuim as the total purchase price of your item(s) as early as 2 p.m. on Friday April 22, 2016.
If you wish to pay by cash or use a different credit card then please let paul know prior to 2 p.m. Friday and he will delay running the payment until you pay pay cash or credit card ( can be different than the one used to register),
