ALL ITEMS SATISFACTION GUARANTEED ONLY DURING THE FIRST HOUR OF PICKUP (FRIDAY 10:OOAM - 11:00AM) WITH A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. AFTER THE FIRST HOUR OF PICKUP TERMS OF SALE REVERTS BACK TO ALL ITEMS SELLING AS IS, WHERE IS, NO WARRANTIES IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED.
Sales tax is not in place for this event. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to your bid price to make the purchase total. Acceptable payment is by credit card, or cash, or Official Bank Checks.
The buyer, by registering and bidding agrees that the purchase total will be run through the credit card used to register , by FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2014 2PM, unless the buyer contacts the auctioneer and arranges for an alternative method ( or credit card account) to use.
