Plus this online Auction Will have the equipment from a Downtown Deli, moved to Powell for pick up.
BIDDING WILL START to close Wednesday January 22nd at 7 30 p.m. Staggered lots with 2 items per minute.
If a bid comes in during the last 3 minutes of that items scheduled closing then the closing time will be extended 3 more minutes.
Pick up will be Thursday, Friday and Saturday ( January 23,24 and 25
15% buyer's premium on all bids

ALL ITEMS SATISFACTION GUARANTEED ONLY DURING THE FIRST HOUR OF PICKUP WITH A 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
Pick up starts Thursday January 23 10 a.m. ( therefore guarantee is 10 - 11 a.m. only Thursday January 23) all items past them time are where is as is no warranty of any kind.
AFTER FIRST HOUR OF PICKUP EVERYTHING WILL BE SOLD AS IS NO WARRANTY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
A 15% buyer's premium is in place and will be added to all final high bids to make the actual purchase price. Sales tax is not in place for this event Acceptable payment is by credit card, or cash,
And, checks, only if the buyer is known to the auctioneer though Official Bank Checks will be accepted.
The buyer, by registering and bidding agrees that the purchase total will be run through the credit card used to register , by Thursday January 22nd at 2 p.m. unless the buyer contacts the auctioneer and arranges for an alternative method ( or credit card account) to use.
Buyers should understand that the equipment and furnishings were in use and are installed and that the buyer will need to disconnect and remove items at the buyer's expense ( pizza site only), deli will be taken out by auctioneer and available at the Powell site for pick up.
