Auction Terms & Conditions Items are selling as "where is" "as is" with no warranties of any kind.
A 15% buyer's premium is in place and will be added to all final bids to make the actual purchase price. Sales tax is not in place for this event Acceptable payment is by credit card, or cash, Checks only accepted if buyer previously known to the auctioneer.
The buyer, by registering and bidding agrees that the purchase total will be run through the credit card used to register at the auction by noon on Saturday, December 29, 2012 unless the buyer has indicated a prior intent to pay cash or use a different credit card account.
Bidding online constitutes agreement with these terms and explicit authorization by the bidder to the auctioneer to run the purchase (bid price x 1.15)
Open House (Insepection) Time on Thursday, December 27, 2012 from 10:00am to 0600pm. Other times by appointment.
Pick up times for the Items are Saturday, December 29, 2012, 10:00am to 04:00pm, Other Times BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Sunday , December 30, 2012. 02:00PM to 04:00PM Other times by appointment. Monday, December 31, 2012 By appoinment only. Wednesday, January 2, 2012 By apointment only and Thursday, January 3, 2012, by appointment only.
Buyer is responsible for removal of all items in professional manner.
