This is an online only auction offering of the contents, by the piece or group of the former Max & Erma's site 1904 Lake Club Drive Columbus Oh 43232
The items are selling "where is" "as is" with no warranties of any kind. Including suitability of the item for any particular use. You are bidding on and buying the lot numbered item irrespective of the description, which is not warranted correct in all respects. It is the buyer's responsibility to disconnect the items and remove the items from the building in a professional manner. The buyer agrees to only use a certified refrigeration professional to handle any refrigeration lines. The buyer agrees to wire nut any electric lines and to cap if necessary any severed water lines.
Pick up times are very restricted for this particular event, namely Friday and Saturday only between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Auction Terms & Conditions Items are selling as "where is" "as is" with no warranties of any kind.
A 15% buyer's premium is in place and will be added to all final high bids to make the actual purchase price. Sales tax is not in place for this event Acceptable payment is by credit card, or cash, NO CHECKS.
The buyer, by registering and bidding agrees that the purchase total will be run through the credit card used to register at the auction by noon on Saturday August 18 unless the buyer has indicated a prior intent to pay cash or use a different credit card account.
Bidding online constitutes agreement with these terms and explicit authorization by the bidder to the auctioneer to run the purchase (bid price x 1.15)
Inspection is available at the site Tuesday August 14 between 10 am and 2 p.m. only
Pick up times for the Items is ONLY Friday August 17 and Saturday August 18th between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
