The terms for this, online auction with bidding to end on July 30 2020 of items from closed units are explicitly agreed to by the registrant when clicking on" agree to terms " at the registration window of this online auction software.
In the unlikely event of a software glitch that renders the online bidding inaccurate. Or in the event of a local, national or international crisis, the online bidding will be reposted at a later date at the auctioneers discretion, or if such a glitch or event affects only certain lots in the auction, , then those items may be offered at a different event at a later date at the auctioneer's discretion .
PICK UP for this event will be by appointment and buyer's are asked to wear masks
