Auction Terms & Conditions The terms for this, online auction with bidding to end on February 6 2020 of items from Dublin Brazenhead restaurant, subway remodel, airport coffee shops, and warehouse surplus foodservice equipment are explicitly agreed to by the registrant when clicking on agree to terms at the registration window of this online auction software.
In the unlikely ( once in 12 years) event of a software glitch that renders the online bidding inaccurate. Or in the event of a local, national or international crisis. The online bidding will be reposted at a later date at the auctioneers discretion. Or if such a glitch or event affects only certain items, then those items may be offered at a different event at a later date at the auctioneer's discretion .
The items in this online auction are selling as is with no warranties expressed or implied including the suitability of that item for any particular use, EXCEPT THAT THE BUYER CAN VOID THE PURCHASE AND PAY A 5% of the bid price, RESTOCKING FEE IF HE/SHE IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE ITEM...BUT ONLY if that decision in made and shared with the auctioneer at the site DURING THE first day of pick up, being Saturday February 8 2020 prior to 2 p.m.. Otherwise all the items are selling "as is " with no warranties of any kind. The purchase price will be the bid price plus a 15% buyer's premium to get the final purchase price. The credit card used to register will have the purchase applied to it upon pick up unless the buyer wants to pay via cash or with a different credit card if the auctioneer is informed in advance, However the buyer expressly authorizes the auctioneer to charge the card used to register as early at 10 a.m. on or after Saturday February 8 2020 at 10 a.m. eastern time or at any later date unless the buyer sends an email prior to 9 a.m. Saturday February 8 , 2020 to firstname.lastname@example.org , that indicates that he or she intends to pay cash at pick up or use a different credit card for the purchase than that which was used to register. Failure to produce cash at pick up or a viable credit card or failure to pick up does not negate the bidders hereby agreed to contractual obligation to pay and the credit card used to register will be charged. All credit card purchases are done so with the buyer understanding the "as is" nature of the sale and thereby agrees to void ( not implement ) any normal right of recession that follows with credit card purchases. That is, the buyer using a credit card agrees, here at time of registration and acceptance of these terms, to not use any dispute options that the buyer might otherwise have with his or her credit card issuing entity since the items are selling "as is". Registration for this auction implies that the bidder has read the above and agrees to these terms.
Pick up is for this event is Saturday February 8 and Sunday February 9th and Monday. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday following Dec. 30 by apt. Pickup will be at Dublin area warehouse for some items, Groves rd warehouse for some items , and an East broad street Reynoldsburg location for some items as well
