Auction Terms & Conditions Online auction ends Oct 17th starting at 2 p.m. You will have through the end of October to remove your items during normal village working hours. Proof of insurance will be required for any removal that requires disconection and or demoliton. Removal is by the buyer at the buyer's expense The fence in the yard will be removed by the village to facilitate removal. All electric or other disconection must be done by the buyer and the lines left wire nutted and in good workmen like condition.
