Bidders are bidding on items that will still be in use until the day before pick up
Auction bidding ends Thursday June 28th starting at 2:30 p.m. with items closing at the rate of 2 per ;minute. If a bid comes in on an item within 3 minutes of that items scheduled ending time, the ending time will extend for 3 more minutes
Pick up is Sunday at the site 1260 N. Hill Rd Pickerington, Oh.
We have to vacate the site on Sunday.
If you can not pick up your items they can be transported to our warehouse for a small fee and you can pick up during the subsequent week excepting the 4th of July but including the Saturday and Sunday being July 7 and 8 as well as Monday Tuesday by appointment. necessary fee will be 50.00 per large item, and less on small items contact auctioneer for specifics

The items are selling as is with no warranties expressed or implied including the suitability of that item for any particular use. EXCEPT THAT THE BUYER CAN VOID THE PURCHASE AND PAY A 5% RESTOCKING FEE IF HE/SHE IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE ITEM at pick up ON SUNDAY July 1 ONLY .
buyer understands that a 15 % buyer's premium will be added by the software to make the final purchase price.
sales tax is not applicable for this type of going out of business auction in Ohio
Pick up is only Sunday July 1 as we need to vacate the site on Sunday . Terms of sale expressly includes the buyers prior agreement to waive and right of recession for credit card purchases. The buyer authorizes the auctioneer to run the purchase on the credit card used for registration for the auction, on Saturday before pick up unless the buyer communicates intention to pay cash at pick up on Sunday or use a different credit card. And registering for the auction implicitly authorizes the auctioneer to process the credit card used for registration on or before 5 p.m. Sunday July 1 if the buyer is not present for pick up on Sunday July 1, 2018
